About

Tower Ledger started as a group chat where three of us kept arguing about which tower defence layout was better. Eventually we got tired of forgetting our own findings, so we turned the notes into a proper site. Everything here comes from real sessions on real phones, not from press kits.

We cover strategy games and tower defence in particular because those genres reward patience and reward writing things down. A single tweak in placement or upgrade order can change an entire match, and that is exactly the kind of detail we like to dig into.

Games get picked for a simple reason: someone on the team actually wanted to play them long enough to learn them. We avoid quick verdicts. If a game needs twenty hours before it clicks, we put in the twenty hours.

Nobody pays us to feature a title. When we like something we say so, and when a mechanic feels cheap or a difficulty spike feels unfair, we say that too.
